Simply natural product Facelift treatments you can do at home

Surgery isn’t the best option for everyone. Dermatologists or aestheticians can get expensive quickly. That’s why so many people are turning to home beauty remedies. Here is a 3 step DIY Facelift plan recommended by Dr. Oz that we found to work exceptionally well. And this treatment is a lot of fun to play with, especially for a couple who likes to play with foods. You can choose to use them separately or together.

Smoothing Exfoliator Recipe

The first step DIY Facelift plan is the Smoothing Exfoliator. You will use:

  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mix the ingredients into a paste. Rub it on the skin. Leave it on for a few minutes; then rinse it away.

Hyperpigmentation Facial

Hyperpigmentation, often caused by over exposure to UVA rays, skin trauma, acne damages, and hormonal changes can be difficult to cure.

With most of today's chemical based skin bleaching products proving to be very harmful to your skin after repeated usage, I always advise people to use natural techniques to lighten their skin first.

These methods are much cheaper, completely safe, and not only are as effective when done right, but will make your skin feel much younger and rejuvenated.

Here is a recipe to try out:

1 tbsp powdered milk or plain yogurt
1 tbsp warmed honey
1 tsp lemon juice
2 drops essential oil

Mix ingredients into a paste, apply to affected skin and let sit for 20 min, rinse and moisturize.

Tightening Toner Recipe

Part two of the DIY Facelift is the Tightening Toner. For this recipe, you’ll need to combine:

  • 1 cup Rose Water
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Witch Hazel
  • 5 drops Almond Oil

Mix these ingredients thoroughly. Then apply this to your face using a cotton ball and let it dry.

Plumping Moisturizer Facial Mask Recipe

Step three is a Face Mask that is designed to plump and moisturize the skin for a beautiful result. The ingredients are:

  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite moisturizer
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 pinches Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Manuka honey

Combine ingredients into a paste. Apply to the skin and leave on your face for 20 minutes; rinse.

Look in the mirror and enjoy the results!
