Market Fresh Mixology at Hotel Casa del Mar with Aidan Demarest

Santa Monica, CA –  Hotel Casa del Mar hosted an exclusive tasting party hosted by Master Mixologist Aidan Demarest, where guests had the chance to sample from the newest Market Fresh Mixology menu available at Hotel Casa del Mar while enjoying music by the Robert Perkins Trio, which includes Michael Buble’s drummer.

The hotel recently launched Market Fresh Mixology Tuesday through Friday from 6pm to 11pm in the Lobby Lounge. Each week, the house mixologist prepares a new menu full of innovative cocktails created with ingredients straight from the Santa Monica Farmers Market, in addition to a variety of spirits.

Aidan Demarest, Hotel Casa del Mar's guest mixologist, was the opening General Manager of Seven Grand before opening The Doheny private club and cocktail lounge in Downtown Los Angeles. Next, Aidan took his team to the Edison Downtown and created the national bartender exchange. He currently judges the San Francisco Worlds Spirits Competition and is a board member of The Sporting Life. He was the opening Bev Director of The Spare Room at The Roosevelt Hotel and is currently judge, board member, elit by Stoli Brand Ambassador and the owner of Neat Spirits Bar Glendale.
