Stars of Santa Barbara Wine Tasting in Beverly Hills

Stars of Santa Barbara: A wine tasting for new Santa Barbara County wines

by Rob Long

Even before Sideways, LearnAboutWine was telling their members that Santa Barbara winemakers are producing some of the best wines in the world. The Stars of Santa Barbara tasting on January 23 showcased the "Best of the Best", "the brand standards" and "the newest and most up and coming" at the 5 STAR and 5 Diamond Peninsula Beverly Hills.
The event catered to a capacity group of 150 wine lovers.

Each year wineries release new fantastic wines and want to introduce them to us, the tasters. What better way to discover and learn which wines we like than from a wine tasting such as at the Stars hosted by LearnAboutWine. Here you can experience the best wines of Santa Barbara County. This premier wine tasting offered the wine enthusiast a wonderful selection of Santa Barbara County’s best vintners right at your doorstep.

Each year new wineries rise to stardom, and this year was no exception. Great new labels opend bottles that promise ever better wines from the Santa Barbara regions. Wine
Connoisseurs would be wise to keep their eye on these winemakers.
Light food was provided and Live Piano Music performed by:  Mark Governor
