Edible flowers in Mixology

Edible flowers in Mixology
Edible Flowers and garden greens are growing in popularity as exciting new additions for beverages. Natural garden products provide  attractive presentations and introduce intoxicating flavors.

Mixologists know that greens, herbs and edible flowers make a fantastic taste ingredient and beautiful garnish for all kinds of cocktails. Veggies and flowers can invigorate any liquid creation by adding freshness, creativity and flavor. Simply floating an edible flower can change the look and add both aromatic and mouthwatering flavors. Muddling greens or herbs will add their intense fresh flavors.

Herb and Flower crystals can make tastey glass rimmers too. Unlike traditional salt or sugar glass rimmers, flowers and herbs can rim the glass with new fresh flavors.

Flavors often used in both drinks and glass rimmers are  basil, cilantro, mint, fennel, lemon, orange, cumin, Hibiscus flower and rose petals.  .
