AI Gets into Smart beds at CES

Take a nap with AI at CES anyone? AI is even getting into beds at CES!

ANSSil AI mattress won a CES 2023 Innovation Award.

As a solution to the problems in beds, ANSSil developed a new concept bed made of strings. Utilizing string bed and applying AI and big data in sleeping pattern analytics, they are trying to create an AIoT bed that provides optimal sleeping environment

Combining state-of-the-art AIoT technology with the world’s only String Bed, the goal is to offer solutions for every user’s different sleeping patterns.

The Only 3D String Bed in the World Product Using 3D String fabric manufacturing techniques, varying body pressures are evenly distributed over the bed. Anssil claims the bed offers adequate support for the spine and close to the feeling of weightlessness

The AI detects and learns the sleepers patterns and adjusts the firmness accordingly. It generates a biometirc report for the sleepers to reveiw. It also generates specific recommendations. An example of a recommendation might be "try a lower pillow and a leg pillow."

As a service for guardians, movement checking and alarm functions can be added to prevent falls. . A smart controller automatically makes adjustments.

Anssil states that "to take part in environment protection, we are running a campaign replacing old mattresses with eco-friendly string beds. Our company’s motto is to reduce unnecessary waste of resources in the overall manufacturing process from raw materials sourcing, production, to disposal. 85% reduction in use of the resources due to production of mattress 100% reduction in waste disposal  ANSSil_ESG Policy: Made of 14 million low-shrinkage polyester yarn strings 3D-pure string bed prevents the balloon effect Long-lasting elasticity and durability that can stand up to 3 tons Double PVC-coated to block bacteria, and tested and certified to be safe from radon
